DaNaSa Section III: School| Chapter III

 “Hey!” Nathei stopped in her tracks as she and the other two exited the castle. Slowly she turned around to see Lin running after them.

 “Lin?” Nathei questioned before seeing the two boys running after her. Lin dashed behind Nathei and the two boy stopped a couple feet away.

 “B**ch,” one of the boys spat and Dani had to hold Sathra back from punching the fifth grader in the face.

 “You’re the ones who beat up Ashely aren’t you?” Nathei asked.

 “Yeah we beat her, girl ran into me and didn’t apologize. Anyways wha’cha gonna do about it?” He asked with a disgusted look on his face.

 “I could get you expelled.” Dani said, her eyes growing ice cold. “Unless you rather I snap your arm in half.” The boys eyes widened and their cool façade evaporated. Dani took a step towards them and the almost fell onto their butts as they backed up quickly.

 “I-It won’t happen again. I-I swear!” The shorter boy said, fear filling up his eyes.

 “It better not,” Dani growled. “Get out of my sight.” The boy turned and ran and met her friend’s startled expressions. “What?” She asked.

 “Just… haven’t see dark Dani out in a while.” Sathra said.

 “Oh…” Dani muttered. Nathei quietly turned around and bent down in front of Lin.

 “You okay?” Nathei asked quietly.

 “They punched me across the face but other than that I’m fine,” Lin whispered moving her hand to show Nathei her slightly discoloured left cheek. Nathei bit her lip.

 “Put some ice on it and it should be fine.” Sathra said. Lin looked up at her and slowly nodded. Nathei glanced up at Dani.

 “Do you want to come over to our place for a while?” Lin blinked at her.

 “S-Sure,” Lin said and Nathei gave her a small smile.

 “Come on,” Nathei said and quietly the four of them started away from the school.
